Kite comes in a storage pouch which is neat since I don't have to wad the kite into a bunch especially for long term storage. The string holder is in a wheel format rather than the typical rectangular handle which helped to release more string. No frame was great since I didn't have to worry about missing pieces. I'm a first time kite flyer and this did require a second hand to fly in higher winds after a few failed solo attempts, but once it was up, it stayed up. I rotated flying other types of kites and noticed that this kite in higher winds is quite the workout to hold steady (it's worth noting if you plan to have smaller children flying). Note that the tentacles got frayed at the edges after the first flight, but I didn't mind and it seemed like a typical thing compared to my friends kites plus you don't really notice the frays once the kite takes to the sky. Otherwise, very cute, nice to tug through the sky like its swimming in low winds, and its rapid eye blinking effect from high winds was very enjoyable :)
