The KHK Online store features some items that vary in availability and price from that of our brick and mortar stores. Online Store pricing may differ (lower or higher) from that in our physical locations and is not transferable to in-store purchases due to legal pricing requirements for online product listings. Product selection also varies as some items are available exclusively on the online store and not all of the items available in-store are available on the online store and visa-versa.
Products Seen In Store
If you do see an item in store that is not available online you can either call that store directly to place an order over the phone or you can reach out to our online sales department at email@example.com with a description of the item and where you saw it and our team can track it down and send an invoice for easy online payment.
Item Availability and Fulfillment
Depending on item availability, if we are out of stock on any item in your order, you will be emailed in regard to the discrepancy which at that time we will offer a substitute or exchange and if we do not hear back within 24 hours or you are not satisfied with that option we will then refund/not charged for that item and the rest of your order will be fulfilled and shipped.
Sale items are final, no returns or exchanges on sale items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Price-matching between the brick and mortar stores and the online store is not available.
