Please note that the pole does not include a ground stake. The pole can be used with a 5/8 in. Steel Ground Mount (sold separately). When wind is very strong, we recommend buying 1 in. to 1.25 in. pipe found in most hardware stores. For maximum strength, the pipe should be 48 in. or longer. Wrap the top edge of the pipe with duct tape so it does not cut the inside wall of the windsock pole.
