Adorable kite but poorly designed

We bought this for my daughter who loves Harry Potter. Sadly it was very difficult to keep aloft and felt weighted incorrectly. We ended up buying her a different kite. Cute but doesn’t fly well. Kitty hawk kites is great, however.

Hello, I am sorry to hear you had issues with the snowy owl kite. Burd shaped kites can be finicky sometimes if not flown in the right wind conditions. With that said we dont want anyone unsatisfied with their kite. We will follow up via email to figure out how to keep you in the air!
