When we received our kite, we followed directions included. And we could not get the leading edges in. I called Kirsten and she sent me online directions, which were different. It also helped to disconnect the spine at the top. Then everything fell into place. Kirsten talked me through it and couldn't have been more patient and encouraging. We love this kite and the company!!
