I bought this lighthouse parafoil first thing upon arriving in Avon on the Outer Banks and was not disappointed at all. It was fantastic, looked great, is a fun reminder of the lighthouse, and it never crashed for me. We had pretty strong, constant winds that were snapping the sticks on smaller, delta-shaped kites, so not having any sticks was a big plus (plus it packed up quickly and easily into its convenient carry bag) and it just filled itself up and took off. It did tug, so it isn't a good small kid kite. I used it almost the whole week (we had a low wind day at the end when even the little kids' kites wouldn't fly). The included 500' of line was a perfect amount (I bought a 1000' preloaded yoyo winder too, and used it all one day. That's A LOT of string to slowly reel back in...stick with the included 500'). Once you let all the string out, you can wear the yoyo winder like an armband and walk the beach with it flying high above. Perfect kite, excellent purchase. Thanks!
