Love the hot air balloons. They spin with the slightest breeze. The tail really helps. Do have to bring inside if winds real high to keep it nice.. This is my 3rd one from KityHawkKites. Getting more for Christmas Presents.
12 inch balloon is small but very cute. Works as well as the several bigger ones I have. For extended life, I always bring mine inside during strong storms and wind.
